Package was "lost in the mail". US Postal service "lost" the package at my local post office. I went to the post office to present the tracking information in person AND I filled out a "lost mail" inquiry on line. The USPS replied that the package was "irretrievably lost", and offered an apology. The SELLER was VERY, VERY cooperative and offered a replacement (although the missed delivery was no fault of theirs). Ultimately, the US Postal Service DID find and deliver. GREAT SELLER!

Received both of the cases I purchased in great time with no issues. Like the cases except somewhat difficult to get open, as noted by others. Seller provided very good description, unlike some of the other sellers of this case, and provided a bit of a discount. Not sure it was the least expensive listing, but less headache trying to figure out what was included. I rated 5 Stars for that!
