When I asked a question, it took days to get an answer. I do understand she was busy with the grandchildren, however. When purchased, I told her she could wait and ship it to me mid-week, of the following week. However, she didn't mail the item until Monday of the week after that. It was a slow process. The shoes aren't as comfortable as my PRO153, and now I'm not able to return these. That's money lost.
