I had great communication, great customer service (offered on one and bought another from them over Labor day so I ended up with 2, they cancelled and refunded one for me). As described, quick shipping, fair price. 5 stars for seller. Would buy again!

    The companies that sell things need to specify that they are not the actual seller or shipper . I bought the item and it shipped three or four days later . I’m sure they had to notify the actual seller did that person had to ship it . Not truly transparent . The item is exactly what I wanted. The price was the best I’ve ever found.. vortex is always great quality. The condition was new as explained.. all in all I would purchase again .
