Good battery life, loud speakers, way too thin to hold, bad location for cameras.
So far it's working fine. It has a lot longer batter life than my Note8 had. It's actually way too small and hard to hold on to. The case is really slick, so you have to be very careful not to drop it. I bought the Otter Box clear case for it and it really needs that to help hold it and pick it up. It also needs the case to keep you from pressing thing you don't want to with the wrap around edges. It's extremely hard to hold it and not press something with the edge. I don't like that feature at all. The case does prevent that though. I don't like the fact that the place for the cameras sticks out from the back of the phone extremely too far. It ends up laying on them any time you put it down which seems like it's going to cause wear on that over time. Even the case doesn't cover it ... So far it's working fine. Love this phone. Camera is amazing. People gripe about the battery but it has a ginormous screen. What do you expect?? I used it today as a mobile hotspot so i could work since my wifi is out and a tech won't be here until tomorrow. I worked 10 hours and I'm still at 20%. That's pretty good battery life.

Used a note 9. Then a 10, broke the 10 and back to the 9. Then I got this Note 20 ultra. It’s a big leap over the 9. I’d say that the 10 is 50% better than the 9. This 20 ultra maybe 20% better than my 10 plus 5G. I use these for work taking a lot of hand written notes and running memory demanding apps. If you’re upgrading from a 9 or older you’ll be impressed. If you have a working 10 plus 5G, the 20 ultra may not impress you. Used a note 9. Then a 10, broke the 10 and back to the 9.
