    CAREFUL: It's addictive (tho easier on my health than smoking)._ Much better taste and texture than Nicorette brand

    This Equate Nicotine Gum is far better taste and texture and costs less... than Nicolette brand ...so, only in those ways, I can recommend it. --- It's as addictive as smoking, but I can, more easily, use less gum than cigarettes -- when I'm mindful and pay attention. My docs have said small amounts of gum (½ or ⅓ piece) is easier on my health than smoking.
