Since this was two items, I requested that they be wrapped individually with something to prevent them from banging into each other during shipping and they were just placed loose without any wrapping in a box.     Received package promptly, everything included in description, which was a lot! Very easy to set up; all functions working properly (even voice commands). Best purchase this year for me; excited to start working with it more. BTW, this is my first GoPro and with the included accessories, there's not much more to add to it. If you're thinking of getting this, I wouldn't hesitate. I'm aware Hero7 just came out, but this is a great place to start and a great place to buy it from! Not an open box purchase; all factory sealed. The video quality is great (1080 right now) sound quality is better than most other cameras I've tried (I'm not a photographer, I'm a musician).     Good:It’s pretty good quality when shooting outside. Versatile and will fit with multiple GoPro mount platforms. The high FPS makes for smooth slow motion while capturing action. BAD: Indoors it gets a very grainy picture even with the settings modified for low light situations. The voice activation feature works when it wants to. Even with complete silence, it doesn’t recognize your voice. I performed all the updates and it’s still having issues. The touch screen is slow to respond. You’ll have a better experience using the touch screen on a disposable phone. I’m very disappointed with their “latest technology”

    Great little action camera!!

    Ok, so the voice controls don’t work all the time, you’ll find yourself yelling “GoPro start/stop recording” a lot (my advice is to use the top button to make sure it’s recording when you need to be sure) the touch screen doesn’t work under water and the sound quality is not great (without adapter, so I use a external audio recorder if I want to record sound (or get a decent small mic for your phone and use that to record any sound) and edit together in post. But it’s a great little camera - use it in “linear” rather than “wide” mode for a more cinematic look (less fish-eye). Also shoot in 2.7K or less, for image stabilization and ease of and writing/viewing files (not all phones/ computers, micro as cards support the new H.265 hevc codec), you’ll get a warning prompt to let you know that ...

    A nice camera, good value...

    I love it so far. Still getting to learn it, I bought it to make some fishing videos. Trying to learn some editing software too. The camera feels firm and well made. The doors are a bit weird at first but you get used to them fast. Do worry, you won't break it. I love the voice activation feature too, perfect for fishing videos. A very good price and It shipped very fast. I would definitely buy again.

    Not a hard camera to operate

    It is a great camera. The only problem is the battery space. Very low. The suggestion is to get three batteries total. If you remove 4K and GPS then you can save a lot of battery time. Programing is easy and you can log in on your phone to the GP and it has many more options. Do a test run to see which is a better program.
