Very good communication with seller. There was a problem with delivery label wasn’t readable. Which was very disappointing. Seller communicated very well to rectify the problem. Had the computer back out for delivery soon as they received it back . Computer looks like it’s in great shape.I used it just for a few days seems to work fine as described. Overall would buy again from the seller mainly because of the communication was so good. Good Customer Service is very hard to find these days.

Apple Superdrive arrived in it's original box and was in as new condition. It works as advertised. The shipping on the other hand was not good. Original delivery date was Friday Jan 5 but it arrived on Friday Jan 12 and after contacting the seller and then the USPS tracking it seems they were at fault. My package bonced around from one place to another. At one point the package was delivered for Teterboro NJ to my local postoffice Westwood NJ but then sent back to Teterboro!

Buyer beware! Seller is clueless & wasted my time! Unit shipped was the wrong color and had less RAM then described. Non-Apple Keyboard and mouse would not work as they were regular USB, not USB-C. Asked for price concession, but were uncooperative. Had to return it and then had to chase them to get the refund. AVOID!
