Poor packaging only in poly bag and was damaged upon arrival. Seller blamed UPS and wanted item back to claim insurance. Seller thought item was indistructable even though it was his lack of care during packaging that caused the problem. Asked for partial refund and seller never responded. Could have purchased used at a cheaper price. Should have read reviews before purchasing. Poor packaging and lack of customer service is problem with seller. Buyer beware!

As I explained to buyer, I ask for a return, especially since the item was damaged during shipping. Buyer was already using the case and did not want a return. I preferred to file a claim with USPS and not incur the loss due to USPS mishandling (as an OtterBox, one would have though it safe to ship since they are virtually instructive). I would have been happy to refund in full for a return of the item. I would say that is the business practice for most companies. Sorry, we didn't agree.
