The painting arrived in good and timely order. However, I requested from the seller a certificate of authenticity
( the painting cost $3180.00) and did not hear back about this important issue.
In addition, the painting was shipped to Pennsylvania from New York, but I still was charged a 6% sales tax.
I would like to receive replies on these two issues.
