I ordered this item and waited for delivery. I was contacted stating that it was damaged and then they would send me the larger product for the same price. I then waited even longer for the part to get delivered and was messaged again stating that something else happened in delivery. I was then told that I was going to get the original product for which I asked if I would receive a discount for having to wait for so long and was told that the price went up on the planter. Poor customer service.
