- r***5 (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasethe computer runs like a dream, the only issue is that there was some damage on the shell itself after shipping. the cover for the disc drive button/popout tray was completely broken off and the pieces of plastic that click it on were broken too. the front of the shell is on a bit crooked and i can't use the usb slots in the front. i might have to try to fix it myself one of these days, i'm just terrified of making it worse. overall it runs amazing though, and i'm very happy with my purchase

I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
