Toys were so filthy, a couple were broken. I'm not expecting new items-but cleaned up a little would be appropriate. Contacted seller when i opened the package(which was 10 days after i received package due to being Christmas) seller accusatory questioned why it took me so long, and offered a refund of $10- took it since seller said they don't accept returns. Not a pleasant purchase at all. Including pictures so you can observe yourself. oh yea- and items were just thrown in a baggie and box.

I'm sorry that you were dissatisfied with this purchase, but I clearly pictured everything in my photos, never claimed the toys were in pristine condition, and even offered you a partial refund when I really didn't have to. And yes, not opening a package you receive for 10 days(delivered 12/14/23) is very strange to me. Frankly, you were being extremely unreasonable, and I had a long back and forth conversation with you even though it was Christmas Eve and I was celebrating with my family.
