Item arrived as described. Shipping speeds were as stated. My only issue was minor: the use of packing tape on the item itself to fasten a broken connector. The tape left a residue on the item after removal.

It was as it was advertised and the seller requested OBO and the transaction went smoothly. eBay needs to protect the buyer more on the bid sells. The buyer is on the hook as soon as an offer is made. But the seller can just decide they don’t want to accept the offer and then place the item on sale again.
