I only started with 2 capsules....I noticed this product seemed to have a drying effect with my eyes....cut down to just one capsule per day....had the same drying effect when I took Lions Mane mushroom supplement...some products maybe too strong for me...so I have to adjust dosage or quit taking them as I did with the Lions Mane....it will probably take longer to notice any results with Sight Care....if able please let the company that makes this product know about the possible eye dryness.
