After messaging back and forth several times (they wanted photos, etc) they finally agreed to refund 3/4 of the purchase price (I placed the order for the wrong size and they don't sell the size that I need). Hopefully the refund will go through.

    Appears items are being shipped from china despite the listing saying texas. Weeks behind on delivery and still haven’t received the item. This could just be the shipping company and not the seller but i don’t know. Seller is good at responding and making it right so despite shipping issues seems to still be a good seller
