    item wasn’t as described — clearly not new / never worn. there appears to be some wear-related damage to the collar, lapel, and lower back. seller did a solid job with packing, quick enough shipping, and responsive communication before shipping, but hasn’t returned my message about the misleading listing description and photographs, since delivery. i like the jacket and can live with the imperfections — however the dishonesty is bad business

    I replied to your message 30 mins after I received it at 7:09PM 2/22/2023. And I have the proof of my timely communication to you in screenshots. 7 messages were sent on 2/22/2023 and 2/25/2023. I called customer service and they verified my replies to you in messages. And I have addressed all your questions in my replies regarding the condition of the time. In my reply, I linked the AllSaints official website description of this type of leather is called "distressed" leather, it is not USED!
