    The Fitz and Floyd ornament was beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner. The side horn was broken off and was found lying in the bottom of the box. The seller offered to refund my money. I decided that I cld just glue the horn back on and refused the refund offer. I would definitely buy from this seller again but I did suggest using thicker foam protection to preserve the beautiful, fragile ornaments. This seller’s integrity is a 10.
