    Best DHA Out There

    I usually buy regular non prenatal NORDIC NATURALS DHA 580mg OMEGA-3 instead of the NORDIC NATURALS PRENATAL DHA 830 Omega-3 and Vit D. This Prenatal DHA has over double the EPA and other Omega 3s plus Vitamin D. It has 30 mg more DHA. The interesting thing is my Vit D went way way up on blood test since taking this! I was curious and looked it up and found studies "Serotonin is synthesised in the brain from an amino acid, called tryptophan, and the enzyme that carries out this conversion is activated by vitamin D. Once serotonin is made, EPA (one of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oils) helps brain cells release it into their associated synaptic gaps where it diffuses across to stimulate surrounding brain cells, passing their message along.
