OK in the end! The instructions are next to useless and the build quality is poor but this IS a budget machine so expectations can't be too high. I would omit "Heavy Duty" and "Industry" in the title; this is ok for hobby use only. The base was twisted on arrival. Some of the screw threads were stripped. Study the exploded diagram before starting assembly. Dust extract essential; I use an old vac. Once fixed to the bench and set up it does the job if taken steadily.
