I bought 2 items from this company, I didn’t receive one and now I’m out $150. They are blaming me that I received the item, the carrier delivered it to another address and they are blaming me and punishing me for that. They send the wrong item with the wrong shipping label as well. As one item was marked delivered and it was actually the other item I received with the wrong shipping label. I have them a full month and half to do the right thing and they keep on saying to open a case with Carrie
