However, three of the cups were broken. The seller has made effort to make things right. I didn't keep the ourside box, so was unable to send it back, as the listing said they didn't receive returns. However when I was able to communicate with the seller he offered to send a return label. It was too late for me, and I am, instead agreeable to the $15.00 refund.
