      Thank you for your feedback as we are working on improving our processing time!! Upon review, 9400109105464073987546 there was a delay from the time the order was made (4/22) to delivered (5/6). So that's 2 weeks from the time you purchased, not 3 weeks late as you mentioned. Also, we never received any type of communications or messages from you or we would have prioritzed this and identified the problem sooner. Nonetheless, we are glad the mousepad was great!!
