⛔ Seller had "fair" communication. Sometimes it would take a couple msgs/days to get a response/reply. Purchase = Root Riot Peat Plugs - 50ct (the order was shipped but it never arrived after 13 days of going back & forth w/watching tracking). Not necessarily the sellers fault, but it's the first package in 17+ years I've been on Ebay, that has been lost for me. I have over 4000+ sales/6000+ self purchases on Ebay, and it's rare a package gets lost, but it does happen from time to time. ⛔

It was a unfortunate and rare shipping debacle indeed. This customer was very patient and respectful while working through the USPS tracking involving a missing package. We did our very best fulfilling the order and expediting a refund after USPS lost the package.
