The new Optiplex set up and running fairly quickly but got stopped at the Lockscreen. I haver used a lockscreen on my computers but I had to have one for this computer. I will find a way to get rid of the lockscreen so my husband will quit calling me to fix the computer. Both of us like the new refurbished Dell and it was a really good price. I'm looking forward toany years with this Dell.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller
