For such a small order ($13.94), Jeremy included a hand-written note, including a "thank you" for the order. It also included an APS referral card, but I'm already a member (#235891). eBay sent me 4 separate emails concerning this one order, which seems excessive when most of my other stamp orders get only one. The shipment was prompt, was packaged OK, and received in the mail with no damage. You can't ask for better service than that! I was very pleased with this order.
