This ordered was canceled by buyer once buyer purchased it on 6th March and we issued a full refund because Cancellation reason : Order placed by mistake . We can provide proofs of chat and cancellation upon request. For a new order that this buyer placed on 12 Mar we shipped a new part for free to resolve this inconvenience situation in the most positive way and a new part will be delivered on 01 May 2024 - 04 May 2024 EA063186465UA USPS

A buyer, “nestorn64,” falsely claimed that their order was not delivered, despite us having proof of delivery, complete with a signature. We can provide this proof upon request. We have tried repeatedly to contact the buyer to resolve this issue amicably, but our attempts have been completely ignored, and we have received no response. Additionally, the buyer filed a claim which eBay unjustly closed in their favor. Now, the buyer has both the money and the item, which is extremely unfair!
