I did not receive a fully functioning lighter..
It didn’t come with flint or the screw to keep the flints pushed up to the top to ignite the lighter.
Very annoyed I have to purchase a flint and a screw 3rd party just so I can use this thing.

Thank you for your purchase, the zippo is packaged by our professional staff. Flint springs and flints are removed one by one from the zippo, placed in a bag, and securely taped and packed. The packed bag is then taped to a cardboard box. We double-check the bags by two people. We can assure you that we do not forget to put anything in. When you open the package, are there any small parts that have been mixed up with something else? Please check again.
