Very nice strong bed  very high I purchase it for my 90 year old mother and she couldn’t even get in the bed. It was so high so I was going to get a refund for it but I have to pay the shipping and shipping is more than what I paid to buy it for very quick to get back with me for a refund I would buy from this seller again.

Sent msg to seller told me 9ft had 6 spines. Ordered but had 8 spines. Sent msg seller about misinformation. I asked about returns & shipping. He responded asking for # on box but never answered return question. I sent # on box never answered question again & now is requesting pic of item, packing labe,l etc., so they dont make that same mistake for other buyers. Not addressing the issue I feel. Now I have another 9ft umbrella I dont need with 8 spines & could have gotten that cheaper elsewhere
