I coat my hair in this and then brush it and braid it and put it into a shower cap for 30-60 minutes prior to my shower. Make sure you let hot water run over your hair for a few minutes and scrub and then shampoo really well. Use a high quality conditioner and you will have such soft hair. For body add seversl drops of the oil to your body lotion and mix it in your hands and apply head to toe repeating adding more lotion and oil as you run out. The most hydrated skin ever. This is an AMAZING product.
