(1) Postage time was approximately 2 weeks longer than estimated (2) there was no installation guide provided and fitting the brake lever required a critical step (rotating the bearing-pin to correctly position the actuator recess) which was not explained and took much time and frustration trying to work it out. If that single step alone had been flagged it would have been no problem. (3) Quality appears fine.

Apolgies regarding late delivery due to issues with Royal Mail, we hope to improve on this service for a quicker resolution when deliveries are late in future. On the ad details we request a qualified mechanic fit the brake and clutch levers so you will not run into the issues you stated and will have no safety concersn or frustrations.

Reached out to seller who apologiesed for confusion, store is waiting on parts for brake levers but had the clutch lever ready so sent that out. Seller explained they meant to add a note to the package explaining the delay in the brake lever but forgot to. Overall really helpful and understanding once through to them. Communication through the app to explain or even give me the choice to wait for both or receive 1 now would be nice. I hope they improve this. Part looks and feels high quality.

The levers feel like really high quality and fit perfectly in place of the OEM levers. I opted for blue which in pictures looks quite light but was pleasantly surprised with them being darker than pictured shade. Seller was very transparent about delay in shipping due to unforeseen supply issue when I’d contacted and offered discount code for store for future purchases. When levers were dispatched they arrived very quickly.
