Item remains in packaging however appears as described. Slight problems with late notification of original delivery, which was missed. The company choose to then send out a brand new item rather than redeliver the original item, which was slightly delayed due to being out of stock. Not advised until calling the company on the day the first redelivery was expected. Notified on the evening prior to the day of 2nd redelivery and received. Company responded quickly to messages and part reimbursed.

Quality item the only issue was the packaging the box it was in was badly damaged then put in a plastic bag which really wasn’t adequate luckily due to the quality of the item I can’t see any damage hopefully it will be ok when fitted
