This was in clear contradiction to Ebay policy which states on the seller page that the price I paid at check out is the full amount, no extra shipping or import fees were required. I informed the seller of this fact and he told me I had no choice, I had to pay the fee which was $30.44. This seller is in violation of ebay policy and pushes his responsibility on to the buyer. Bad experience.
