I’ve ask if they could provide those missing items and provide a partial refund but I have not heard back from them. Missing items: 1. Remote 2. Tried calling and nobody would talk with me to fix this issue. They took a couple days to get back to message me via Ebay. They said the listing was incorrect, I started a return 11/2, I haven't hear back since, it's now 11/7. Unprofessional in every way. I shouldn't have to write a review to get their attention either.

    Great price

    My wife has used a Chromebook for several years and enjoys it, so when my mother needed a new computer, we talked her into getting a Chromebook. It is a great alternative if you don't need to run Microsoft Office or spreadsheets. It does everything she needs to do at about half the cost of a decent computer.

    HP Chrome book 14'

    For what I use it for Netflix, web surfing, amazon, daily task. I like the bigger screen and it hasn't crossed me as being slow either with the big screen. Very nice looking device, decided to keep it once I seen its appearance and started playing on it. It is also a little heavier then my Acer c720 also very thin.
