I purchased this item but had difficulty arranging for shipping as the item was described as "pick up only." Seller was completely patient and cooperative as I needed to extend the pick up date into the week following the purchase. After receiving the refrigerator, I noticed some obvious defects and brought them to the attention of the seller who had no problem compensating me for the damage.
