    Not happy about this purchase package claimed 2025 everything you need. First picture shows everything also the instal video.Wrong contacted the seller that was a useless, he claimed nothing was missing and told me don’t worry about it . I guess the exterior unit was supposed to be installed with the two left over wood screws. Had to spend $75 more to get the missing stuff to install the unit. No manuel for the unit just a joke. If I was anyone looking at this keep it moving find another seller.

    I opened the box to read install instructions - there are none. There also no Mnfg's plate telling manufacturer's name, model no or P/N. I hope it works and my mechanic can install it.
