Item was shipped with care and exactly as described with no damage. Nice to see a seller not trying to sell knock offs from temp. Would buy from again definitely. Decent price as well.

    Perfect Mother's Day Gift

I gave this to my mom for an early Mother's Day present and she was thrilled! She gave it back to me to read and we have plans to pass it along to another friend. It's fiction backed by lots of research by the author of Orphan Train.

    A PIECE OF THE WORLD

What began as a rather sad story about a painting, became a mind-numbing journey of a woman's descent into hopelessness. The author imagined the story after seeing a painting and told the reader what she thought the painting was about. Why so hopeless? I kept reading hoping to see the woman's journey take a positive turn but it never did. The novel depressed me. It was not necessary to invent such a dark tale about a disabled young girl who, through no fault of her own, became unable to find joy in life.

  • Sweet Story

Really an enjoyable 'fictional memoir'. Interesting story and a beautiful slice of Americana.

  • Clearly relates the book's content.

An intriging story that captures the reader into the life of an artist and his subject.
