  The item arrived broken and could not be used in the condition it was received. Advertised as BRAND NEW, the box had clearly been opened and resealed. The seller advised me not to return the item & it would be replaced. Because the item was unusable it was thrown out. I was sent one tool that had been opened (this is a personal health item that must be kept STERILE!) and has refused to refund the purchase price. No more ebay shopping for me. Never again.
