    Beautiful book beautifully written

    The Dhammapada is a collection of the Buddha's teachings.. Easwaran's introduction and translation are beautiful. You can feel his passion for the material. He also translated and wrote the introduction for the Upanishads which are equally beautiful. He makes Indian Spirituality understandable for the western student.
