Received a tracking number with no updates on tracking. I sell hats and make sure I give them up to date pics or details from the time I drop it off at the post office. I just got told this happens all the time. This has never happened to me or anyone I have sold a hat to before. I see he has a positive rating so I thought I would try. The hat wasn’t protected in any bag to prevent damage. So I had a so so experience.

I dropped your item at USPS an it arrived within 10 business days. Besides the tracking not Updating what exactly happened? I always place ALL my items in a bag for protection. Any of my previous 311 Hat sales can vouch. Did the hat have any Damage or did it arrive in Perfect Condition? Why not Dispute for damage & get a Full refund if their was an issue? You have 75% feedback an 13 items sold. Now I have 91% after 311 items sold because of your Negative feedback. Please change it.
