They grip phenomenally yet do not tear your shirt or scratch your skin. Pro tip - after installation, heat them with a hair dryer and press them on hard. Especially the edges. Do this exactly 3 times, letting cool between heatings. Now go train.

I do recommend following the directions to a T and do the 3 heat treatments to get the glue to really stick. All in all a great alternative if you don’t want to take the time for stippling or paying to have it done.
