Got the tickets almost right away (should be within 15 minutes at most from order) and they come with both 16 and 12 digit codes so that they can be used on the app/online. You can use them in person at the theater too but might need to print them first if so. Although they should honor it simply from your phone/digital device. They don’t ever expire too. You’ll get a download link emailed to you and once you go there make sure you save the file and keep it safe maybe in your email.
