It's a decent machine
If you are purchasing this because you want espresso or cappuccino (E&C), it might not hit the mark, but, it's not bad. Real espresso/capp has to have a lot of pressure to go through the coffee; this isn't one of those machines. Real E&C also needs super fine coffee grinds, I'm not sure how k-cups are gound, so don't expect coffee house quality. That said, it's not a bad substitute. After having mine for about a week, here is what I can tell you. 1. Shot pours: I'm not really sure the shot is any stronger than, say, a 6oz strong coffee, will need to experiment more. 2. If you make a single shot, lift the lid, put it down again with the coffee k-cup still in place and you can get another 6-8 ounces of regular coffee out of it. 3. The frother works well. I've tried frothing for Lattes so far: 2% milk: not such a great froth, Whole milk: lots of froth. Half/Half: I think whole milk gave me more froth strangely enough. WHAT'S MISSING It doesn't look like it will accept the custom brew coffee holder from my other Keurig, but I think I can buy user fillable k-cups for trying other kinds of coffees.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is the best Keurig I've bought and I've owned 5 in the last 12 years. Love the options and making a latte is so easy. Good but could be better
even though the machine is warmed up when you push the brew button it takes a minute for the coffee to come out. Seems like it should be immediate. My daughters machine does the same thing. I was a little skeptical about how this would work but now that we have been using it we think it's great. It basically makes coffee drinks very similar to one's from coffee shops. This doesn't make real espresso but it has a function that makes a stronger brew from standard keurig pods and that mimics the function of espresso in drinks. It makes pretty good coffee drinks and it has lot of things you can do to make drinks just how you like. I do a 6 oz shot of strong coffee and froth milk with Vanilla flavor in it, I put some honey in the coffee and a tad of cinnamon on top. My daughter does iced coffee drinks with it. Love, love, love my Keurig K-cafe! It's fabulous to have a variety of ways to have coffee! The noise is far more minimal than I expected! And the frother is fabulous! I love the coffee shot function and the choice of hot or cold on the frother! And it makes my coffee, however I make it, super fast! I've been having so much fun trying out a variety of recipes for various coffees, hot, cold & iced! Don't limit yourself, experiment! And save money by skipping the coffee shop! I have my own coffee shop bar set up in my kitchen, complete with refillable pods and liners, our favorite coffee grounds, flavored creamers, syrups, xanthan gum and dry milks.
