But once I figured how to properly put back the piece of metal that came loose during shipping (which was actually more obvious than I let it be), it works perfectly. I installed it per the online instructions, turned the printer on and printed the configuration and it shows a new Tray 3 full of Letter sized paper. Success!

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
