Dumb design and no improvement with the replacement.
Replacing a weak plastic component with another weak plastic component is a really dumb idea, but what else can I do? .... Toss the whole setup and buy a different one? ..... IDK why they didn't make this with the wind cups protruding 90° from the base, this would stop the cups from breaking off at random times ..... Stupid design, really stupid.

Out of Balance, Easy Fix with nail / epoxy glue
One of the cup arms needed 1/2 gram to balance. The new balance added 1 mph @ 15 mph and no more shake. Balance may also help bearing last longer. I used quick set epoxy and small nail cut to 1/2 gram size. Glue to lower arm for best result. Use small fan to measure mph, before and after. Mount to same fan spot to see result.

Received this item to replace the cups destroyed by a hailstorm. They arrived amazingly quickly, and looked exactly like the original when it was new. Installation was very quick and easy, and it fit exactly like the original. It works like a charm. Thank you, EBay and Greatbigoutlet!
