My only issue is that it was sent USPS which 1) in our area is less than reliable (outside Atlanta). 2) this is a 8x10" gel plate in a plastic package. It came in a big mailing envelope and the mail person just shoved it into the mailbox and had to bend it to get it in the box. 3) not negative ding to the sellers but I would suggest a choice of shipping. options so I don't have to use USPS.

    Great for dairy free plant based diets

    Ive used this product for years and I love it. It's not overly sweet, and has some good ingredients. There may be some protein powders that have even better ingredients, however, I love the flavor of this one, and it also has a very thick and creamy consistency to it which I like.

    Love Spiru-tein

    Spiru-tein is large part of a healthy lifestyle. I like vanilla because it works so well with any type of fruit and tastes fantastic. I mix almond milk and frozen fruit post-morning workout and it takes me to lunch time hunger free.

    A real winner

    I have been buying and drinking this protein powder for many years. It is reasonably priced and it tastes very good, almost like a milk shake. I have only ever ordered and used the vanilla and strawberry, but I'm sure the other flavors are equally as good tasting. I mix my powder with 8 oz. of organic unsweetened "rice dream."
