    Add this to your collection of books

    This book comes with the CD and was purchased for my son who is a Chemical Engineering major at University of California at Riverside. The book is a requirement for his course. I browsed through it and the contents belay the advancements of practical real world applications and the quality of the processes used. The methods, processes and real life application through equipment is still incomplete without the actual experiences however the book has come a long ways when I was a student in the 70's. Heck, that was over 40 years ago. The intricacies of the real world processes, theories and procedures can only be supplemented by such books as these. My advisement to future Chemical Engineers is to find a worthy mentor before they retire and knowledge is lost or re-discovered after much pain ...

    Excellent extension of estimating data available to students

    This is a well thought out reference book that leads students through the complexities of plant design and the associated costs. The additional information for lecturers is very helpful.
