One of the 2 bamboo poles that I received was in excellent condition and good quality. The other one had a lengthwise crack its whole length. I contacted the seller via the E Bay link to inform them. They quickly offered me a 60% refund on my purchase, and I keep the cracked pole. This seemed more than fair to me. They credited the refund to my card the same day. I am very happy with the product, and their customer service. I will be ordering from them in the near future. I made a wind chime!

Package as described and well packaged. I immediately asked to cancel my order when I saw that the seller is selling the exact same items at a much lower price. Seller refused due to already shipped. I understand that we are working with an ebay system as I am also a seller. I also asked for the seller to give me the lower price. Guess that was not possible either. Seller should be consistent with pricing so this doesn't happen again to someone else.

Ordered curtain rods with a cage design and a specific color, paid a premium for them. What arrived were the same $6.99 black ball curtainrods you can get at Walmart. Very displeased. Put in a 2nd order before the first arrived because I thought they were cool curtainrods, and it never even shipped. Contacted to get an update and seek resolution, was told to wait longer, post office has confirmed seller never presented package. Horrible seller. DO NOT BUY, YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
