- r***d (4)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis came exactly as described and configured, the processor is capable of handling most media in regards to using quicksync for transcoding (the UHD 530 doing the lifting there), it came with a non-SFF tower which allowed me to use a decent discrete GPU for display and the most surprising bit was the 4 slots for RAM allowing expansion to 64GB. I just wish it would have had a RAM/HDD-less option. The motherboard does only have 3 SATA ports so expansion card is needed but overall fantastic value.

Needs full specs (not hard to get), appliance included an image of the interior components (a look inside), as well as ram type in description (DDR 3-4-5 etc). Seller should know all of these things. I’m happy with the product overall even though my existing components couldn’t be used to upgrade it.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
