Assembly of the bedframe is somewhat difficult to see, the pictures is too small. Someone needs to make the images larger, especially the side rails. I assemble the side rails up side down, big mistake.

It is very firm but some spots were more firm than other and my hips were higher than my head. I informed the seller and was offered $35 refund, which I refused, so the seller offers a full refund with the agreement that i dispose of the mattress, which I did. The seller done good by me, thank you.
