Has a full size keyboard and good, hefty mouse. The monitor is so great at 19". Everything looks like brand new. Not a scratch anywhere and all accessories were packed in individual plastic bags . WONDERFUL BUY.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
